Here you can name songs that are close to your heart and if you want to, you can mention why they are so special to you.
One song that is very important to me is Hall Of Fame by The Script because of a couple reasons:
1. On the last day of primary school, my friend Erin created a Video Star video (you know that app that you can create a music video to either non-copyright songs or songs you have on your phone) to that song. It was just all the people in my class messing around to the music but it's a video that I love because it reminds me a lot about primary school and especially the last day. My dad loves the song for the same reason and that song actually kind of haunted my friend Eleanor for a couple of months because she missed primary school so much and that song reminded he so much about it. 2. When I was younger, my mum used to play songs by The Script in car where ever we were going. Although this song came out after my mum slowly stopped playing their songs in the car, I remember when the album that this song is on came out and I was wondering if I should buy it for my mum for either her birthday or Christmas. I thought it would of been a really nice gift but unfortunately she bought the album herself but still, it doesn't stop the fact that I had this idea.

You guys know the most important songs to me are I Don't Love You, Brother, and Maya the Psychic...I'd say Firefly by Skyhill is really important to me as well. Dan Avidan's voice is just so relaxing, and the fact that he is one of my favorite youtubers helps even more. I always listen to it the day after I get Really Bad and it makes it Not Quite So Bad.
I have a lot more that are important to me but I don't want to spam so I may add them later.

Okay, here's the spiel (wow! it's really spelled like that!?),
My Chemical Romance is my favorite band. Liked them since Revenge days, but developed a new appreciation for them last year (2015) when I FINALLY bought Black Parade and especially, after seeing the "Vampires will Never Hurt You" video and getting into Bullets, then Danger Days...and so on. Really like the music, the positive and meaningful lyrics, and the goodwill the former members have shown to us (their fans) and anyone in need of help.
I got to see Frank (as Frnkiero and the Cellabration) and it was my first ever celebrity meeting and it was sooo awesome!!! I hope to meet the rest some day, but it will probably be separately and not right away.
Been a fan of the band now for almost a year, and have come to love their following, or the "Rmy" just as much. You all are great, and I'm happy to be here!!! -M

going to add to this one tonight, er this morning. I guess I probably have many important songs, but here is one for now. Goodbye Tonight by Lost Prophets-my jogging pump me up soundtrack, plus this-This song reminded me why I wished I grew up in the 90s, omg- so, I wanted to go to high school, and smoke cigarettes before school with my hot latino neighbor boy. Hahahaa goals huh? Of course, he graduated, and there was no smoking anymore by the time I got there...oh, plus I was always late (prolly cuz I had no incentive ^^) um, but he still lived there when I got into this album and..omg well that is all. Haha but just imagine a few years back, jr high me passing by the high school and him smiling and saying like-just a few more years. Haha omg! #lifegoals! What a loser lol but yeah, so that summer, this song became the major basis of my workout soundtrack.

I've started making loads of playlists on Spotify for different reasons such as a playlist for songs related to Primary school, a playlist for songs related to secondary school and then a playlist with songs in it to do with leaving and saying goodbye as in June next year, I'll be finishing secondary school and moving onto either sixth form (most likely sixth form) or college. Whilst making these playlists, I've realised I have many more important songs that I first thought when I created this thread.
One other important song I found was World In Our Hands by Taio Cruz. Now this song again is important to me because of it being a song linked to primary school. The instrumental part of this song was used in the background of a video made of special moments from the residential we went on in Year 6 so whenever I hear this song, all those memories and positive emotions come rushing back.
Another song that is important to me because of primary school is Proud by Heather Small. This song played in every Friday assembly back in primary school as these were praise assemblies. This song was also used in the background of a video made for the Year 6 leavers assembly of images from across the years we had at primary school. Just a few weeks ago, this song played in an assembly here in secondary school and I just couldn't help but smile when I walked in to the hall to this song. I would of sang along but our year group is full of idiots who take any small part of your personality and gestures and judge you on it so I passed.
No doubt next June, I'll have many more special songs due to being my last year in secondary school. Oh that's so weird to think about! After this we all split off again. In Year 6, the idea of us all moving up to secondary school was the end of the world because not all 36 of us would be in classes together. Next year, not all 355 of us in the year group will even be studying at the same place! My high school has a sixth form connected to it and by the sounds of it, about 40% are thinking of staying on at our school, 50% are going off to other sixth forms/colleges, 5% are going onto an apprenticeship and then the remaining 5% are unsure of what they are doing so they are just applying for hundreds of places and extending their choosing time by a few months. I'm part of the remaining 5%. I'm most likely going to stay on at my school but some people have made some quite encouraging arguments for leaving. Anyhow, that's gone way off topic. Anyway, the point is I've got Prom in June as well as the last assembly. Plus, I've got a whole year of assemblies and lessons of History where our teacher lets us put on music on Fridays left to add songs to my Important Songs list!

Not REALLY really important, but it's a little sentimental...and I just happened to have stumbled across it again after about a year. Just trying to help boost activity!
